Attention ALL Track and Field Athletes…
Everyone is invited to participate in winter conditioning starting on Monday October 21st, 2019.
Workouts will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6pm – 7:30pm.
Winter conditioning is a great opportunity to build a good base for the spring.
Another great way to prepare for the spring is to run indoor AAU/USATF Track and Field meets.
Spring will be here before we know it so be sure to prepare!
